Dear host family, I am so grateful to be welcomed into your family.

I would like to talk about different subjects so that you can get to know me a little bit.

First about my family, I live with my parents and a cousin who came to Spain in October 2022 to study a Master. I love to spend time with my mother to hug and kiss her, as I do love to play soccer with my father or to go together to the gym and with my cousin besides that I am loving the experience of having him with us we play video games together and he also helps me a lot with my studies whenever I need.

About myself, I am an optimistic and sociable person, I like to help others and I am always doing my best to make people happy with my achievements (but I should be prouder of myself instead of thinking only on making others happy). My weaknesses: sometimes when things are not exactly as I would like I get frustrated, or when people start to poke, I get nervous, but I am working on it as I do understand that growing up is also to deal with disappointments.

Here some of my favorites:

• Sports: soccer (football), padel, swimming and I also do like bowling.
• Hobbies: to play video game, listening to music (and shower singing…), to hang out with friends whenever possible, to play table games with my family, watch soccer matches and although I am not so good at basketball, I like to watch NBA matches, and sometimes baseball.
• Food: burger, meat, pasta, vegetables and fruits, but I like all kind of foods but green beans, cauliflower and a glass of milk (I don´t mind to drink it with coffee but only milk I don’t like
• Traveling: I love to travel but during my holidays I also like to have time to chill and rest.

What I would like to gain from this experience… to improve my English skills, to have better opportunities in the future as for now I would like to study aeronautical engineering), to learn a lot from your culture, to create bonds with my new family and friends that will last a lifetime and to grow from the experience of living far away from home.
