LETTER FROM Kacha

Kacha

My name is Kacha, you can call me “Kacha”. I’m from Thailand. My hometown is located in the northeastern region of the country. My hometown has three seasons; hot, rainy and cold. I have never seen a snow in my life yet and I hope I would be lucky to see some snow in the USA. USA is among the places that I dream to go to. I believe I can learn a lot of things in this country if I have a chance to live there for a period of time.

My parents are both teachers and they are hardworking people. I have only one sibling, my older sister. My family is very supportive to me in everything and I’m very lucky to have them.

I maybe desorganized sometimes but if I have a work I will do it responsibly. I know someday I’ll have a job and I should manage my time well. My hobbies are playing basketball, soccer and online games. I hate vegetables but that doesn’t mean I can’t eat it. I love pets. At home I have dogs, cats, chickens and buffalos. I take care of them by myself.

In school, I have a very good relationship with my classmates. I have 28 classmates and we know each other very well because we’ve been classmates since Grade 7. Most of them have been my classmates since primary school, and some of them are my neighbors too. I have a lot of friends because I’m friendly and I guess I’m easy to deal with. I enjoy learning Computer, P.E. and Arts. Mathematics and Science are the subjects that I like less than other subjects. My school has many rules and regulations that are strictly implemented like prescribed haircuts, wearing of proper uniforms and paying respect to teachers and older students.

About my dream, I’m not certain about it yet because I think I have to try many different things before I can decide which one I can do best.

I want to be an exchange student because I want to gain more experience outside my country. Being an exchange student to the USA is on my wish list. If I can pursue this, it will be one of my biggest achievements.

This is my first formal letter written in English, I hope you understand my intention. I will be happy if you will consider me to be part of your family even just for a short time. I hope to see you soon.
