Dear host family,

My name is Matias and I live in the south of Spain which has an excellent weather and lots of history. I live in a nice flat with my father who is a businessman, my mother who is a manager in the public transport and I have a sister that is older than me as well as a brother and a sister that are twins. In summer we love to travel to other countries in Europe and we also enjoy the beach a lot. I like visiting my grandparents and cousins.

I am now studying at a school which is near my home. I am doing 3º ESO in primary. My teachers are friendly and good professionals. Two of my favorite subjects are P.E and History because I like to know about the past of my country. In the future I would like to be a businessman like my father, maybe in an international company. My normal day starts at 7 a.m. I spend my time at school until 2.30 p.m. when I come back home for lunch with my family. In the afternoon, I do my homework and study hard. Some days I play football.

My main goals are: improve my English as much as possible, learn about the country, the people and American Football.

I usually help sometimes at home, I make my bed, I help in the kitchen, tidy my bedroom and throw away the rubbish.

Regarding food, I can cook a few things. I usually help in the kitchen and try to learn new dishes. When my parents aren’t at home I prepare the food.
