Hello, my name is Victoria. I’m a French student living with my parents and my sister. In my family, we have a dog (Beagle) and a European cat. I’m a non-practicing Christian but open to the way of life and beliefs of my host family.

In France, I have many friends. For me, making friendships with people is very important in my life. I like to spend time with them. They usually say that I’m patient, understanding, smiling and open-minded. I have many hobbies like drawing, photography, making videos/films or watching Formula 1. I also listen to a lot of type of music like soul, RnB, rap or pop and I’m taking singing classes with a teacher. I also like cooking French food and I would love to learn how to cook from other countries. I’m really interested in learning from you and exchanging our culture.

In my current high school, I’m specialized in audiovisual cinema and economic and social sciences. I also love philosophy because I’m really interested to understand how humans’ brain is functioning. At school, I’m learning Spanish and English. I love learning English because it’s a universal language and we can talk with everyone.

During my holiday in July 2022, I went to the United States with my family but now I would like to go back to live a real American life for a year. My goal is to learn another culture, try new food, study in an American High School and live with a new family. Moreover, I love travelling around the world. I visited some countries like Spain, the West Coast in the USA, Portugal, the United Kingdom and other countries.

I believe this opportunity is going to help me becoming bilingual and also maturing. For me, this adventure is a great opportunity to exchange with you. I hope we can have a good relationship like a real family. I would be happy to share this year with you! I’m excited to meet you!
