Dear future family,

My name is Ninbe, and I’m 14 years old. In my family we are my mother, my father, my sister, my brother, my two dogs and me. I like spending time with my parents in the living room, going shopping, having lunch together or going on trips. As I don’t see my brother or sister so often, I don’t spend that much time with them, but we do usually have lunch together. whenever we can. On the other hand, I love spending time with my dogs, I think they couldn’t be any better. They are called Zuri and Bizkor, which translated to English means White and Quickly. In conclusion, I love my family and I think I’m so lucky for having them, considering they always support me, help me and give me advice when I’m not feeling well, and I usually have a great time when I’m with them.

If I could only use one word to describe myself I would probably choose sentimental, because I feel things deeply, the good things and also the not so good ones. Still I think that it’s a very important part of me. Also, I consider myself a happy person, and I always try to see the positive things in life. I’m quite introvert at the beginning, but I also like spending time with my friends and family. I also think I’m responsible, a little bit shy and I admit I can be stubborn sometimes, but I guess that that is what makes me have strong values. Even if it’s not one of my favourite things about myself, I do tend to cry, not only when I’m sad but also when I’m angry or stressed. It instantly makes me feel relieved and better.

As for my hobbies, one of my favorite ones since I was little is reading. I also started playing the piano 2 years ago and I love it, I think it’s a very special instrument, and it just makes me feel in peace. Apart from the piano, I also love listening to music, specially in English, because I really like listening to it and I think it’s a very fun way to learn the language.

My favorite sport is horse riding, and I’ve been doing it for 2 years now. I started riding because I had stopped dancing (my favorite sport when I was younger) and I wanted to do some other sport, but I ended up loving it. I find horses such an elegant and breathtaking animal, and everytime I’m around them I feel so honored. I know how toxic horseriding world can be, so I do my best to treat them gently and as equals. The other sport that I like is running. When I was little I would practice athletics, but now that I don’t anymore I still like to go out sometimes and run for a bit, enjoying the views and breathing the fresh air. I also really like watching series and movies and some of my favourite foods are pasta, potato omelette, pizza, chicken nuggets and chocolate ice cream. On the other side, I don’t like fish at all.

I would love to improve my english during my time there and also learn new things about your culture and daily life. I think this opportunity is a life changing experience, and the United States is a country that I’ve always wanted to visit, so I’m really grateful for this chance.
