| With every new journey I take, I seek not just to explore new places, but to immerse myself in new cultures, and the United States offers me an extraordinary opportunity for my next adventure. As I mentioned before, I love traveling, and I consider myself an adventurous and curious person. I love visiting new places, and I think that I am a responsible person and determined to help others. I’m always looking to make new friends, and I’m always happy to talk about myself as well as listen to others. I know that in Spain we don’t have the same traditions at high school. My high school has a part in German, so we have some German festivities like “San Nicolas.” Also, at Christmas, we do a solidarity market to help people with disabilities. This is where the students can make stalls of cookies, crafts, or jewelry, and with the money collected, we donate it to an NGO. At the school, there are some classes that motivate me more than others. I really like technology and physics and chemistry, although sometimes they are not my strong points, but I always try to give my best. I’m quite good at history, but I prefer a good algebra class. I am still not clear about my future plan, but I am very interested in interior design. I think I have quite good taste for it and the skill for architecture as well. This is not definitive, there are many more things that I would like to study, but without a doubt, I admire this career. I spend most of the time with family and friends. My mum and I love doing puzzles and solving riddles. Sometimes, during the week when we have free time, we usually go shopping or go for a walk. I love spending time with my grandma. I love cooking, and she has always taught me how to do it, although sometimes I look for recipes myself to cook on the weekend so that my mother can give me her opinion. When I’m not with my family, I hang out with my friends. I currently hang out with my friends from high school, although I still have contact with my friends from school. When I meet up with my friends, I like to make special plans, like going to recreational games, going to the cinema, having picnics. We almost always go to see the sunset. I love taking photos; I have a small digital camera, and when it’s possible, I’ll take it to make pictures. If I had to describe myself with one word, it would probably be charismatic. Although at first, I take my time to get to know people, but then I gradually open up and show my true self. I will probably get used to meeting new people, and that will help me get along much more easily than now. There aren’t many things in the neighborhood where I live, but I always go to the next neighborhood because I meet people there thanks to the scouts. Every Saturday afternoon, I go to the scouts, and we usually do activities to entertain ourselves and understand each other better. I didn’t join the scouts a long time ago, but thanks to them, I have met many special people who help me in my daily life. Sometimes I spend the weekend camping with the scouts, and during the holiday breaks, I usually also go with them. Even if they are just a few days, they are one of the best experiences I have, and I always end up meeting more people as well as learning new things. Another activity I do during the week is the English academy. I am very interested in the language, and I would like to speak it perfectly, even if that takes some time. I obviously look forward to sharing my traditions and learning from yours. I would love to solve and I am open to any questions about me. Thank you for considering me as part of your family.
