Dear Host Family, my name is Guia, now I tell you a little bit about me. My family is made up of 5 people: my father, my mother, my brother, my sister and me. I spend a lot of time with them and I like to tell them everything about me (friendships, school, dreams, interests) and I love when we organize the evenings of table games, my favorite is monopoly. In my family we love animals very much, in fact we have three dogs and a cat. I like to play with them and take them for walks on the beach. For me and my family our animals are real members of the family.
I am a very sociable and cheerful, I like to be among people and make new friends even if initially I’m a bit shy but as soon as I get confidence I become very extrovert. I am very helpful and always try to help others, but I don’t like and I can’t stand anyone who tries to take advantage of my goodness. I am a determined girl, when I set a goal I always try to reach it and not giving up in the face of difficulties. I’m always smiling, I like to think of positive things. I am very playful, I like to laugh and spend these good moments with my family and friends. My strength is my determination and tenacity in doing things, I am a person who tries to never give up to be able to achieve their goals or dreams. While my weak point is that I am very sensitive, because the opinions that others have about me so condition me.
Some of my favorite hobbies are to be out with my friends with which I create so many memories together, but also with my family, listening to music especially while I’m getting ready, I like to wear makeup and always have my hands cared, and sometimes I like to work out in my room. I like to spend time with people of all ages, children, my peers and adults. My favorite foods are pasta, pizza, fish and sushi. My favorite holiday is New Year’s Eve because I celebrate it with my group of friends, but I also like Christmas very much because it is the holiday where all my family gathers and we spend the whole day together. I live in a city by the sea, I like to spend days on the beach, I like to watch the sunset from there. In summer I spend a lot of time on the beach with my friends and family playing games in the water and doing challenges who builds the most beautiful sandcastle.
From this experience I hope to be able to improve and learn my English better, I hope to be able to make new friends, but above all I think that this experience makes me grow character and mentally. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity that you are giving me!
