Henning came from Germany with hopes to be on the track team

Henning came to small town Colorado after his host family’s past exchange student saw a post that Henning would like to be with a family that loved to run.

Henning came from Germany with hopes to be on the track team. After an ankle fracture and surgery in football, he came back and just last week, he and his 2 host brothers brought home medals from the Colorado state track meet held in Denver, Colorado. He qualified in the 800m individual, and all three of them qualified for the 4×800 and the 4×400 relays. Good Job Henning and the entire Hanson family.
