Dear host family,

I’m Julia and I would like to describe myself with this letter. Let’s start with my family. In my family there are my parents, my grandma and my dog. I live with my mom, Cristina, my dad, Jordi and my dog, Lluna. I like spending time with them watching series together, playing board games and we also love traveling and knowing new places. About my grandma, she’s only 69 years old and she gives me so many good advice. Also, I have an aunt who sometimes I stay with her at the weekend, her name is Mercè and she’s my father’s sister.

In my free time, I like to do a lot of things like listening to music and play my guitar, also contemporary dance is one of my passions and I relish creating choreographies with my teacher. As well I like writing, every afternoon I write a little bit about how was my day and what I have enjoyed the best, and what I really like is meeting up with my friends to do skate together.

Now it’s time to talk about my person. I’m responsible and demanding. I am a person who likes meeting new people and make friends, maybe at first, I’m a little shy but when I get confidence, I really like to have a good time with all my friends. I consider myself a good person, I’m cautious and I hate being in any type of fight. Sometimes I get nervous when it’s coming some important date, for example: exams, dance festivals or music festivals.

I’m sure I will live an incredible experience because living in the USA it’s my big dream for many years, I’m expect to learn English so good because in the future I would like to work and live in there. I know I will learn a lot and I will have a quantity of memories for all my life.

Finally, I would like to thank you for give me this wonderful opportunity to live and study in the USA for ten months. If it wasn’t for you, I would never enjoy this extraordinary experience.
