LETTER FROM Julian

Julian

Hey Future Host Family,

My name is Julian and I’m from West Germany. I’m living with my Dad and my Brother (yeah my parents are divorced). I’m currently going to the 10th grade here in Germany. The school is finished after 10 years over here. I’m putting much effort in school right now because i want to get the qualification to go into a higher school (which is required for me to get to the US). I’m in an american football club an hour away from me, so im putting pretty much time in it. I’m going there regularly every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 7pm (the drive back home is also an hour). So as you read, i am VERY VERY excited to go on the exchange year. My Grandfather even gave me 4 dollars, which he got as a souvenir when he was in the US. My cousin is doing an exchange year too! But he is a bit more professional at that american football thing, so hes going with an organization thats specialized on it.

Now lets go back to me, I would say i am a pretty calm person, that has a good sense of humor! I’m okay with doing some chores for my family and and am very open for new things, but i could be a bit annoying sometimes too. I am really interested in programming, tech and gaming! I like watching movies and going out with friends. I guess that’s pretty basic.

I hope that made a good impression of me. I am excited to finally meet you!

Best regards,

Julian
