Hi, my name is Raye, and I’m 17 years old living in Germany with my five siblings and our mom, who is a single parent. I cherish spending time with my family because they provide incredible support during challenging times, making life a lot more enjoyable. My siblings are the funniest people I know, and we always have a great time together. Alongside family time, we all have our own hobbies. Personally, I’ve been passionately dancing for the past six months, which has become a significant part of my life. On Saturdays, I train and participate in dance battles—I can’t imagine life without dancing!

I’m a lively person who thrives on matching energy with others. I love having fun and seek adventure wherever I can. Learning languages comes naturally to me, and I’m very communicative and enjoy helping others. I believe in the principle of “each one, teach one,” where we all learn from each other and support one another. One of my weaknesses is punctuality—I often struggle with being on time for appointments, especially school, but I’m committed to improving in that area because I genuinely love education.

My hobbies include dancing, singing, shopping, and fashion. I’m passionate about creating my own style and love listening to R&B music while dancing to hip-hop. I often practice at home, recording videos to track my progress, which is important to me. In terms of food, we enjoy various traditional dishes like sweet potatoes and others unique to our culture. Traveling is another favorite activity, though we only do it when our budget allows, given our large family size.

My aspirations involve gaining valuable experiences, particularly speaking English fluently and understanding what it’s like to live in the USA. I hope to make friends and build strong relationships while focusing on improving my English, which I believe will open doors to helping many others in the future. As for accommodations, I’m flexible and open to any setup as long as I have my own room and a supportive learning environment. My main goals revolve around pursuing education and happiness, especially through dancing and enjoying music.
