Hello, my name is Oihane, I was born in Spain. At this moment, I am 16 years old, but before arriving I will be 17 years old. I consider myself to be friendly, generous and funny. I like to spend time with my friends and my family, and I love going roller-skating. When I was 9 years old I took it up and thanks to the sport I made a lot of friends who I love so much. My parents have been divorced for 12 years. From my father´s side I have two sisters that there are 4 and 6 year old and we have a toy poodle called kofi.

Now I´m going to talk about me. I consider myself athletic, because I like trying a lot of types of sports like dancing, climbing, surfing,paddle surfing and above all as I said before roller skating. I also like snowboarding, and although I started snowboarding when I was 9, I know skiing, but not at the same level. When I was younger I practiced rhythmic gymnastics for 6 years, but when I started having many training lessons I had to choose one, and I chose roller skating.

I love spending time with my friends. I have some from school, some that I met in roller-skating, and in the city where my father lives I have lots, thanks to them. We make many different plans. In summer we like to go to the pool,the beach, the mountain and sometimes we take the bike or go shopping. When it gets colder and winter comes, we sometimes go to a shopping center to see a film in the cinema, or to go shopping, also sometimes we all go to a friend’s house, to play, to see films or to have dinner together.

My parents have been divorced for 12 years, but they have a good relationship, which means that when it is my birthday or a family member’s birthday we still keep getting together to celebrate. From my father’s side, I have two sisters that are 4 and 6 years old, who I love very much, and I love spending time with them. I have a very good relationship with my fathers wife, who is the mum of my sisters and with her family.

I usually see my grandparents, uncles and cousins of my father’s side more often because they live in the same city as me. The first 14 days of summer we love to go on vacation together to a house near the beach.

I have a very good relationship with my mom,one year we do an unforgettable trip, and we visit places like Florida, Orlando, Panama and a lot of islands, I loved getting to know new places because we went to Universal Studios, the Nasa and the Panama Canal, also we saw whales, we swim with dolphins and in that trip I celebrated my 9 years. I still remember it like it was yesterday.

I would really like to know new places and new things, and I’m glad that many families are ready to host us for free and give us the opportunity to know you and your culture. I am glad that we can learn things from each other, and thanks to your hospitality you make it possible this adventure that I would like to live and you make it an unforgettable year for me, and I would love for it to be as much for me as for you for the opportunity that you are giving me to have such a beautiful experience.
